The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) grants individuals defined as data subjects the right to make various requests regarding the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, data subjects are required to submit their requests regarding these rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (“Authority”) to Saves Energy Joint Stock Company (“Saves Energy” or “Company”).<\/p>\n

If the transaction requires a cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be applied.<\/p>\n As a data subject, in your application that includes your explanations regarding the right you request and will use, it is mandatory to have clear and understandable information about the subject you request, and if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to present a notarized special power of attorney for this matter. In your applications, it is obligatory to include the following elements as required by the “Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller”: name-surname, signature, Turkish Republic ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the subject of the request.
