APPLICATION FORM FOR DATA SUBJECTS TO EXERCISE THEIR RIGHTS UNDER LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) grants individuals defined as data subjects the right to make various requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDPL, data subjects are required to submit their requests regarding these rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (“Authority”) to Saves Energy Joint Stock Company (“Saves Energy” or “Company”).

To fulfill your request within the framework of the PDPL, please complete the application form below accurately and completely, and after wet-signing it, send the signed form to our company Saves Energy at the address “Kuzguncuk Mah. Gümüşyolu Çıkmazı Sok. No: 5/8 Üsküdar / İstanbul” by notary public, registered mail, or personal application, or send the electronically completed application form with your mobile signature or secure electronic signature to the email address savesenerji@hs03.kep.tr.

Our company will process the application requests in accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL and will conclude them within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires a cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority will be applied.

As a data subject, in your application that includes your explanations regarding the right you request and will use, it is mandatory to have clear and understandable information about the subject you request, and if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you will need to present a notarized special power of attorney for this matter. In your applications, it is obligatory to include the following elements as required by the “Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller”: name-surname, signature, Turkish Republic ID number, residence or workplace address, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, and the subject of the request. Applications that do not include these elements will be rejected by our Company.

All personal data processed by the Company, including our customers, business contacts, business partners, employees, suppliers, potential customers, users visiting our website and other third parties are within the scope of this Policy.

Our policy is applied in activities related to the processing of all personal data owned or managed by the Company, and has been handled and prepared by taking into consideration the KVKK and other relevant legislation regarding personal data and international standards in this field.

2. INFORMATION REGARDING THE SELECTION OF THE RIGHTS TO BE USED BY THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER

If the information regarding your requests submitted within the scope of the form is not accurate and up-to-date or an unauthorized application is made, Saves Energy does not accept liability for requests resulting from such incorrect information or unauthorized application.
